What you will do:
- Manages various administrative tsks within the HR Department.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of HR and company policies.
- Support NCC by assisting with recruitment activities.
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- Generate reports as required.
- Schedule HR related activities.
- Address Associate questions and seek solutions.
- Actively participate in Associate engagement activities.
To thrive in this role you must have:
- Bachelor's degree or 2 equivalent work experience.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills like good speaking, listening, and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy work environment and still complete takes on time.
- Organizational skills to adeptly access and record numerous kinds of data consistently.
- Confidentiality skills to handle delicate data that cannot be shared with other people.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
